Every person is entitled to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Your personal data is treated as strictly confidential. That is why the protection of your privacy and your data is very important to us. Below you will find all the information about what data we collect and how or for what we use it.
Processing basis
The basis for data processing is derived from the Data Protection Act. The focus is on processing in direct connection with the conclusion or execution of a contract (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a FADP) as well as creditworthiness and debt collection efforts (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. c FADP). Disclosure abroad only takes place in countries with an appropriate level of protection and therefore does not require any further conditions (Art. 16 para. 1 FADP). The various retention periods are based on our legitimate interests, in particular for evidence purposes (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP). The duration depends on the applicable legal provisions.

Duration of processing
We store your data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes stated here or in accordance with the retention periods under tax and commercial law. After the respective purpose has ceased to apply or this period has expired, we will delete or anonymize your data if you have not consented to its further processing and use.
Application documents from job applicants are scanned and returned, and the corresponding files are stored in our systems. The data will be deleted no later than three months after the decision to fill a vacancy, unless you wish to be included in the pool of interested parties (possibility for us to contact you as soon as a vacancy becomes available).
